In the studio: Day Two
We all piled into Dave Rowe’s little studio in Raymond on Saturday, and continued recording our half of a kid-themed record we’re making with The Squid Jiggers. It went really well, despite the close quarters and the ample supply of Allen’s Coffee Flavored Brandy on hand. (Hey, it’s February, after all.) Our rehearsal time really showed its worth. Plus, Dave knows just what knobs to twist, and when. We’ll be back at it next week. Then, we’ll probably be done with our half of the record.
We’ll keep you all updated and post some samples, soon.
- Carter tunes up his 80-year-old banjolin.
- Mike plays his famous air guitar.
- Ready. Aim. Banjo!
- Mike and Steve-O singing backing tracks.
- Carter and his Trojan Woody National.
- One of Four lays down a vocal track.
- One anp just ain’t enough for Carter’s vintage Silvertone.
- “One Take” Petruk kicks back with a video game while eveyone else fixes clams.
- Steve-O: A man and his long horn.
